Maybe I should have used the above title for my book.  I keep receiving questions that are answered in the book.  Here is an outline of what is in the book.  My book was designed to save people HOURS and HOURS of time.

15. Lists of Allergy-free substitutes.

16. Listing of Food Families(if you are allergic to one member of a food family, then there is the possiblity of allergy to other members of this food family).

17. Most important – giving the public enough information so it will not take the statistical 17 years for diagnosis.

Weight Loss Without The Pill

Once again another magic pill for weight loss turns out to be deadly.  How does one lose weight without the dangerous side effects of pills and weird diets?  Here is an idea – Stop Eating Wheat! Why? For the following reasons:

1.  The wheat/flour we ingest is not the wheat/flour our ancestors ate.  It has been mutated over a thousand times in the name of “production uses and feed the population.”

2.  Wheat is now in foods for uses other than function.  Example: IHOP(International House of Pancakes) puts flour in their omelet to make it fluffier.  Check the chapter “On The Road” in my book for the many hidden areas that wheat/flour is used in restaurants.

3.  Our pancreas becomes overworked by the amount of carbohydrates that is in our daily meals.  For example, the typical fast food meal of a hamburger with cheese, fries and a coke is a recipe for diabetes and obesity.  The two buns and fries force the pancreas to produce increased amounts of insulin to process the immense amount of carbohydrates(sugars).  The processed sliced cheese has so many additives I can’t venture to guess what part is a nutrient.  The hamburger is beef filled with hormones for growth.  The iceberg lettuce and slice of tomato do not have enough oxidizing agents to counter the acid from the wheat nor the carcinogenic toxins caused by frying or broiling the meat.  The large soda is full of empty “tooth decay” causing calories.  This American classic should only be eaten a few times a year, not every week!

We are literally poisoning ourselves daily with an overdose of carbohydrates that our body cannot handle.  Stop the pattern of diabetes and overweight/obesity.  Stop eating wheat for 2 weeks. Use my book to help you find products that are wheat/gluten-free.  Use the book’s recipes to help you cook without wheat,using rice and other flours.  The “On the Road” chapter will tell you what restaurants are safe.  By going wheat-less, you will find benefits to your health you did not think possible.  You will also loose weight- Naturally.
