My thanks for the many nice comments on the preparation of the turkey. I am so glad that many of you enjoyed this method of cooking a turkey. And yes I agree, after preparing a turkey the Brine/Weber or Grill Indirect Method I do not want to go back to the baked turkey either.
The Hostess Who Took The Extra Step
My husband and I were invited to an appetizer party last Sunday. The hostess asked if anyone had any preferences for food. I let her know that my husband had Celiac disease and our Choir Director told her that she had reactions to corn syrup. So Mary not only made sure that the recipes were wheat/gluten-free and without corn syrup, she also copied all the recipes for anyone to examine so they would feel safe. I call that “Taking the Extra Step”. Thank you Mary.
